Does Chatlinks slow down my website?

Does Chatlinks store customer conversations?
Conversations may be stored temporarily to improve performance or analytics but are never shared externally or used to train unrelated AI models.
I can’t get my chatbot code to work what should I do?
Make sure the code snippet is pasted just before the closing </body> tag on your website. We also have step-by-step guides in the install menu to show you how to install your chatbot on your website. If it still doesn’t appear, contact support@chatlinks.ai and our team will assist you.
Can I request new features or integrations?
